OUR LAWYERS
Amit received his Honours Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Toronto, and subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy respectively. Amit was called to the Ontario Bar in June of 2009.
Prior to joining Lofranco Chagpar Corriero in 2010, Amit represented insurance companies at one of Toronto's leading insurance defence firms. As he now practices exclusively in representing individuals who have been seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and other accidents, he uses his distinct experience and understanding of the insurance industry to advocate maximum recovery for each of his clients. Commanding a thorough knowledge of all relevant Legislation, Amit takes pride in providing strong and trusted representation in all aspects of the dispute resolution process.
Amit has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Small Claims Court. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
