Frank is a highly successful senior litigator with extensive experience in Personal Injury, Commercial and Family Law litigation for more than three decades.  He has a proven track record of positive results stemming from effective preparation and superior skills in advocacy and dispute resolution.

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree graduating cum laude from the University of Ottawa in 1976 and was called to the Bar in 1978.  Since that time he has diligently represented litigants in commercial disputes, matrimonial actions and personal injury matters in numerous trials and appeals.
Frank worked from 1978 to 1995 with a well-known litigator, Harvey Bliss, Q.C., where he focused on complex and substantial Commercial and Corporate litigation as well as Family Law litigation. Frank appeared as counsel on numerous precedent setting cases including 306793 Ontario Limited v. Rimes, Morgan v. Lucky Dog Limited, Swan Estate v. Stroud and assisted senior counsel in the successful leave to appeal application in Yepremian, et al v. Scarborough General Hospital et al.  Frank has appeared at all levels in the Ontario courts and Supreme Court of Canada.

In 1995 Frank began working at Lofranco Barristers where the focus of his practice was exclusively representing plaintiffs in Personal Injury actions and Accident Benefits disputes. While at Lofranco, Frank was the senior litigator and acted as lead counsel in numerous jury trials. He also acted in the landmark case of Persofsky v. Liberty Mutual Insurance where he obtained the largest special award against an insurer ever granted by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.

Frank joined Levinter & Levinter in December 2000, a firm founded in the 1930’s by Isadore Levinter, one of the leading personal injury lawyers who was posthumously honoured by The Advocates Society and included in its Tribute to Fifty Remarkable Ontario Advocates 1950-2000. Frank’s practice centered on serious and complex personal injury work.  He was lead counsel in many lengthy trials lasting 4 to 8 weeks.  Frank was instrumental in setting aside a $3,000.00 first party settlement in Gelle v Kacaba et al and obtaining an increased award of almost $2,000,000.00 for his client Ali Gelle.  Frank also acted as counsel on the firm’s other litigation including negotiating a $1,000,000.00 wrongful dismissal settlement.

Frank has returned to Lofranco Corriero working on the firm's serious, complex and extensive personal injury cases as trial and appellate counsel.
