Rachelle received her Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario in 2006. She was called to the Ontario Bar in January 2008 after completing her Articles at Lofranco Barristers with Rocco C. Lofranco as her Principal.
While in law school, Rachelle received honorary recognition for her negotiation, client counseling and trial advocacy skills in various competitions. She completed Negotiation Skills and Litigation Practice as part of her curriculum. She also spent a semester of law school on exchange at Ramon Rull University (ESADE) in Barcelona, Spain.
Prior to law school, Rachelle obtained her Honours Bachelor or Arts degree from Queen’s University. Her interests outside of law include traveling, art and music.
Rachelle represents clients in accident benefit litigation and tort litigation and works primarily out of the law firm’s Brampton office. Rachelle is a member, in good standing, of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Trial Lawyers’ Association. She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and is currently enrolled in the LL.M program at Osgoode Hall Law School.
