CHAITNYA MAHAJAN
Chetan Mahajan is an associate lawyer at Lofranco Corriero, where he focuses his practice on personal injury litigation. He was called to the Bar and admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2026, after completing his articles at the firm under the supervision of Joseph Corriero.
Chetan earned his Bachelor of Laws (LLB - JD Pathway) from the University of Leicester in 2024, building on a strong academic foundation in business and commerce. In 2022, he graduated with Distinction from Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Commerce, having been named to the Dean's List in every year of his studies - a reflection of his consistent dedication to academic excellence.
During his undergraduate studies, Chetan was selected for Toronto Metropolitan University's prestigious Top 200 Student Leadership Program, through which he was mentored by a senior corporate lawyer at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. This formative experience shaped his professional outlook and reinforced his commitment to integrity, advocacy, and excellence in the practice of law.
Before pursuing his legal career, Chetan gained valuable professional experience with the Royal Bank of Canada and the City of Toronto. These roles sharpened his attention to detail, strengthened his organizational and analytical skills, and equipped him with the discipline required to manage complex files efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.
