Davin graduated from the University of Leicester’s Faculty of Law (UK) in 2013, where he earned an LL.B with First Class Honours. This is the highest degree classification achievable and is reserved for the top 5% of graduating students. During his time at the University of Leicester, Davin's work on Equity and Trusts Law was published to the law school website as an assistive reference for students.
After obtaining his law degree, Davin continued to earn a Masters Degree in Canadian Common Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, earning an LL.M. designation. In doing so, Davin’s work on the constitutional doctrine of ‘Jury Nullification’ was published to the law school website as a model paper.
Davin completed his articles at Lofranco Corriero and was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2015. He has represented clients in arbitration proceedings before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Davin’s practice is restricted exclusively to the litigation of negligence claims, statutory accident benefits claims, and short/long-term disability claims.
Away from the office, Davin plays competitive soccer and religiously supports his favourite team, Manchester United FC.
