MARY JO CORRIERO
Mary Jo Corriero is the Director of Human Resources and Office Manager at Lofranco Corriero, where she brings over 35 years of dedicated service to the firm. For more than 20 years in her current leadership role, she has been instrumental in assisting Mr. Lofranco in shaping the firm’s people strategy while providing operational leadership and overseeing the logistics of its day-to-day functions.
As Director of Human Resources, Mary Jo is committed to recruiting top talent and fostering a supportive, high-performing workplace culture. In her role as Office Manager, she has led the successful implementation of innovative technologies and IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the firm.
Mary Jo obtained her P1 License from the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2008 and has completed extensive continuing education in Employment Law, Policy, and Statutory Accident Benefits. She is an active member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and regularly participates in its development programs.
Beyond her professional work, Mary Jo is active in her community and values contributing to meaningful initiatives. In her personal time, she enjoys music, photography, K-drama, and cooking Italian cuisine—a passion developed from a young age, while working alongside her family at Tony’s Italian Restaurant (also known as Tony's Pizzeria in the community of Willowdale), a local landmark at Yonge Street & Finch Avenue, cherished by the community for over 30 years. She is also a proud and enthusiastic supporter of her grandson’s academic and athletic pursuits and enjoys watching the growth and development of her two granddaughters during visits to British Columbia.
