Mary Jo is the Director of Human Resources and the Office Manager at Lofranco Corriero. She has worked at the firm for over 35 years in various capacities, and has served in her current role for over 15 years.

In her role as head of HR, Mary Jo takes personal pride in finding the right candidates for the firm, and cultivating a positive and productive environment. In her role as Office manager she has been integral in implementing various IT solutions and innovative technologies in the firm's day-to-day functioning.

Mary Jo obtained her P1 License through the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2008. She has taken a number of seminars in Employment Law and Policy, and Statutory Accident Benefits.

Mary Jo is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and is a regular attendee at the various Law Clerk programs offered there. She is active in the community and has served on organizing committees for various fundraisers, including the 2011 Gala in support of the Canadian Paraplegic Society. In addition, she is an active member of the non-profit organization Taking It Global.org, participating as a volunteer in the ongoing preparation and celebration of Canadian celebration of Explore 150 on July 1, 2017. She enjoys theatre, music, ballroom dancing and photography. She is also an avid fan of her grandson’s athletic and academic development.
