MARIE KWOK
Marie attended the University of London and graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) with Honours. She subsequently attended Osgoode Hall Law School and obtained dual Master of Laws degrees (LLM) in Canadian Common Law and international Business Law.
Marie was called to the Bar in 2024, and her practice mainly pertains to Statutory Accident Benefits claims and damages arising from motor vehicle collisions.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Marie spent many years practicing as a Licensed Paralegal. She had represented numerous clients at proceedings before the Licence Appeal Tribunal and was successful in obtaining many favourable outcomes for satisfied clients. Marie continues to grow her career within the legal field. She is passionate about personal injury litigation and prides herself in providing exceptional services.
Marie speaks fluent Cantonese and is active within various non-profit organizations within the Asian Community. In her spare time, Marie enjoys exploring the newest food adventures in Toronto with her daughter and husband.
