SANTINO LOFRANCO


Santino Lofranco received his Bachelor of Arts degree from York University, where he majored in Criminology and minored in Human Rights and Equity Studies.

Santino subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Bond University in Australia. While completing his JD, Santino was a member of the Canadian Law Students Association and played an active role in organizing and planning club events and mooting competitions.

Santino was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016. He has been with Lofranco Corriero since 2006. Santino practices exclusively in the area of Personal Injury Litigation, specifically representing injured plaintiffs in a wide variety of litigation matters, with a specialization in cases related to motor vehicle accident, occupiers’ liability, and personal injury claims.

In addition to being a member of the Canadian and Ontario Bar associations, Santino has appeared before Masters and Registrars of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, administrative tribunals including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and regularly conducts examinations for Discovery. He also assisted in drafting materials for matters appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Divisional Court.

Away from the office, Santino enjoys playing golf and hockey.
